USCDKA Testing AUGUST 2010 Type: Gup Testing Date: August 5, 2010 Time: 6:30 PM MATS Practice Deadline: Our MATS program is currently not online so students will want to be sure to review the questions in their "BLUE BOOK". Reminder: Upper testing ranks will be asked the questions from up to 4 previous ranks. Example: Person testing for Green Belt will need to know questions for Green/Orange/Gold/and Yellow Belts. Materials Due Date: July 29, 2010 Testing Fee: $20 testing fee / $5 for new belt Testing Coordinator: Master Jipping Students are required to have a minimum of 20 classes since their last promotion. If you have questions about this, see your testing coordinator. We want to make sure to give every student the opportunity to advance within the ranks of Tae Kwon Do and want to be sure each has enough advanced knowledge of this event. If you have any questions, please talk to us as soon as possible.

Required Material To Be Handed In On Or Before the Materials Due Date

1. Testing Request Form (Soaring Eagle Students must have parent signature) click below
2. Test Results Sheet from "MATS" testing program.(See notes above concerning practice)
3. Your ACTIVE USCDKA Membership Id Card
4. Your Portfolio Binder (The Portfolio Binder is a notebook that a student should keep that documents their journey through their training. It is a place where they will keep previous ranking certificates, certificates of attendance at school or USCDKA sponsored events, etc. Any 3 ring binder can be used. Students should keep anything that was beneficial in their training, to include pictures, tournament fliers - that they maybe participated in, copies of articles that were beneficial to them, previous testing sheets, essays, etc. We do have Student USCDKA Portfolio binders available. See your Instructor to purchase)
5. At your last promotion you were given a rank examination form for your next rank. (If you don't have one see below or contact your testing coordinator)
6. All Financial Obligations must be paid up to date.
7. Include Testing Fees with Application.
